Congratulations to Christine Al-Badine on celebrating her 10-year anniversary with Westar Trucks.

Christine is a highly valued and respected member of the Westar team and has witnessed significant growth and transformation within the business over the years.

Reflecting on her journey, Christine shared how much the industry has evolved in a positive direction, from seeing more women in automotive to the continuous improvement of customer service standards and relationships. She takes great pride in being part of a team that truly values customer experience, with the processes implemented playing a key role in that success.

Christine may not be one to seek the spotlight, but her achievements speak for themselves. Her 2023 National Isuzu Customer Care award was a remarkable milestone. Selling over 170 service agreements in a single year, nearly 100 above her target, Christine set a new benchmark. In fact, she was the first person to ever sell 100 service agreements within a calendar year, raising the bar for the entire network.

She credits her success to the strength of the team and the collaborative approach at Westar. The combined efforts of the Care and Sales teams to implement structured processes have delivered outstanding results. Christine also draws on her background in hospitality, which has helped shape her approachable nature and strong customer focus.

As Christine puts it, “Trucks are different to cars. We have a diverse customer base, and every customer has a unique challenge. Each truck is tailored to the customer, it’s never one size fits all. I enjoy problem-solving, and that’s what makes my role so rewarding.”

In a fun milestone moment, Christine shared that after 10 years in the truck industry, she drove a truck for the very first time this year at an Isuzu Care conference, taking an N-Series through the Blue Mountains, an experience she described as unforgettable.

We couldn’t be prouder of everything you’ve achieved.

Congratulations, Christine, on your 10 years, and here’s to many more ahead.
